Consett Churches Detached Youth Project

Consett Churches Detached Youth Project is happy to announce that it’s Staff and Young People will be undertaking a Sponsored Walk along Hadrian’s Wall this August 17th – 18th to raise funds. There will be a small group of Young People, Workers and a member of theTrustees walking along the Hadrians Wall path over scenic craggy hills and moorland. Walked over two days and covering around 12 – 13 mile per day, the walk will begin at Birdoswald and end at Port Gate on day two.  If you would like to sponsor them go to either our Website Donation page or go direct to our CCDYP Givey page or for further details or information see our CCDYP Facebook page or keep an eye our Blog page here for updates.

As in previous years the Young People will be accompanied by staff and will be supported by our Community Transport Mini Bus throughout their sponsored walk.
